ROOD EindhovenFor the month March ROOD Eindhoven has a lot of activities planned. Take a look to see if there is anything that interests you! Please note that during the month some activities can be added to this list. To be certain that you are in the loop about all upcoming activities, make sure to join one of our meetings!
2nd of March - Spray painting 15:00 – Central station
We’re going to spray paint the ROOD logo at the Berenkuil. Spray paint and other supplies will be taken care of. This is a location where it is allowed to spray, so feel free to join.
6th of March – Meeting 20:00 – Books4Life Hertogstraat 2b
This is a general meeting for members of ROOD Eindhoven. We’ll be reflecting on past actions, planning new ones, and usually finish up with a discussion piece. Are you interested in joining ROOD Eindhoven? This is a nice place to introduce yourselves and hear about upcoming activities.
8th of March - International Woman’s Day 18:00 – De Dam, Amsterdam

10th of March - ROOD National “Scholing feminisme en social reproduction theory” 13:30 – IIRE Lombokstraat 40, Amsterdam

17th of March - Movie night 14:30 – Burgers Hertogstraat 2
To celebrate International Woman’s Day, we will be showing the biopic film “Rosa Luxemburg”. This movie follows the life of the Marxist revolutionary Rosa Luxemburg, fighting for women’s rights, revolution in Poland and Germany and the repeated imprisonments she faced as a result. Doors will open at 14:30 and the movie starts at 15:00. Snacks will be provided, but do bring cash for drinks. Hope to see you there!

23rd of March - XR protest Eindhoven Airport 12:00 – Eindhoven Airport
Extinction Rebellion is organizing a protest at Eindhoven Airport to call for a halving of flights, and abolishing private flights. We’ll be gathering at the main building. For more information take a look at https://extinctionrebellion.nl/events/demonstratie-eindhoven-airport/
29th of March – Stickering activity 20:00 – Burgers Hertogstraat 2
We’ll be going around Eindhoven to put up stickers and posters. Stickers will be provided. Feel free to join for a nice walk and some drinks afterwards.
